What is the return or exchange policy for the Landscape Square table if it doesn’t meet expectations?

We stand firmly behind the quality and design of our Landscape Square table. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not perfectly align with your expectations. Our policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If your Landscape Square table does not meet your expectations upon delivery, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for return shipping.

For items damaged during shipping or those with verified manufacturing defects, we will cover all return shipping costs and promptly arrange for a replacement, exchange for another model, or a full refund to your original payment method. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and a restocking fee may apply.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. We strive to process all approved returns and exchanges within 5-7 business days after receiving the item at our warehouse. Please note that custom orders or tables specifically altered to your specifications are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

For any issues discovered after the 30-day window, our standard product warranty against material and workmanship defects still applies.
