For our commercial-grade benches, I offer a 10-year structural warranty that covers the frame, legs, and all welded connections against manufacturing defects and premature failure. This means if the frame cracks, warps, or breaks under normal use within a decade, I replace it — no questions asked, no hidden fees. I know these benches face rain, snow, constant public use, and even the occasional school playground mishap; that’s why we use 11-gauge steel and marine-grade aluminum, so the chassis remains sturdy for years.

Additionally, I include a 5-year warranty on the powder coating finish. Chipping, peeling, or fading beyond normal UV exposure? I’ll refinish or replace the affected parts. And for moving components like heavy-duty hinge mechanisms or adjustable leveling feet, I extend a 2-year full parts replacement coverage.

I also proudly offer a lifetime performance promise on the bench slats (if they are made of our reinforced HDPE or ipe timber), meaning if a slat splinters, cracks, or becomes unsafe due to material flaw, I send a free replacement set, even after 15 years.
