Think of it as a reliable handoff: we carefully craft and package each bench in our workshop, then entrust it to a seasoned carrier partner who knows how to handle furniture safely.
But if you’re looking for a more hands-on experience, we also offer a White Glove service for select premium benches. With this option, our dedicated delivery team (yes, our real, in-house people!) will bring the bench inside your home, unpack it, and even place it exactly where you want it. They’ll also remove all packaging materials—leaving you nothing to do but sit back and enjoy your new piece.
So, to answer directly: for most orders, a third-party carrier delivers the bench to your curb. For a more elevated, worry-free experience, our own team handles it from truck to room.
