My design also speaks volumes. Proper drainage is my lifeline, preventing waterlogged soil and toxic mold. If I'm lined, that liner material must be inert and safe, like a food-grade plastic. Ultimately, my job is to be a pure, stable home for your soil and plants, adding nothing but support and draining away the rest.
